Who we are

Designed for Living. Built to Last.

Creative Outdoor Living creates custom outdoor spaces that transform how homeowners experience their backyard.

Where It Started

Creative Outdoor Living began as a small carpentry company known as JB Carpentry, building simple decks and fences. Through years of hands-on experience, our passion for craftsmanship and design grew into something bigger.

Today, we specialize in full backyard transformations — blending composite decking, hardscaping, and ambient lighting to create outdoor spaces that feel like a natural extension of the home.

Ambient Lighting

Custom Design

Every space tailored to your home and lifestyle

A backyard patio at night with three steps leading up to a wooden deck. The deck has a table with chairs, a vase of flowers, and some items on it. Two wall-mounted lights illuminate the area, and the surrounding bushes are visible in the dark.

Design-First Thinking

Every project starts with how you want to use your space.

Craftsmanship

Precision, durability, and attention to detail in every build.

Transparency

Clear communication from first meeting to final walkthrough.

Pride in Our Work

We build every project as if it were our own backyard.

We don’t build cookie-cutter decks.

We create outdoor environments designed around your home, your lifestyle, and how you want to use your space — day and night, season after season.
